Yohance's journey began in the streets of Minneapolis, MN where he learned the harsh realities of life at an early age. He grew up serving the streets to provide for himself and his family, navigating societal limits and life barriers that threatened to hold him back. However, Yohance refused to be defined by his circumstances and instead used his street knowledge to establish Urban Construction in 2000.

Through hard work and dedication, Yohance has gained years of experience in the construction industry and built a successful business. Despite the challenges that come with managing a family of eight, he remains committed to sharing his wisdom with his community. As a Black Man, Yohance knows all too well the obstacles that can come with being a person of color in America. Yet, he refuses to let these challenges define him or his community.

Instead, Yohance aims to be a resource for others and to show them that they too are capable of conquering any and all obstacles life throws their way. He believes that by sharing his knowledge and experience, he can help uplift his community and create a better future for all. Yohance's story is one of perseverance, determination, and a deep commitment to serving others.
